Uliana ist Gründerin und Geschäftsführerin der ONOVA Clean GmbH, sowie Gründerin eines Reinigungsunternehmens in Warschau. Mit ihrer Expertise in verschiedenen Bereichen und ihrer Leidenschaft für Sprachen (Deutsch, Englisch, Russisch, Ukrainisch, Polnisch) ist sie eine vielseitige und engagierte Führungspersönlichkeit. Neben ihrer beruflichen Tätigkeit engagiert sie sich aktiv in der Unterstützung ukrainischer Geflüchteter, unter anderem bei The Poetry Project.
Geboren in Mykolayiv, Ukraine, erwarb sie einen Master-Abschluss in Germanistik und Linguistik sowie einen weiteren in Hotel- und Restaurantmanagement. Ihr beruflicher Werdegang führte sie nach Berlin, wo sie eine Schlüsselrolle beim Aufbau eines Modelabels spielte und anschließend für renommierte Unternehmen wie Zalando und Louis Vuitton tätig war.
